Two angles, same picture.
Jack and Jake looked at the same gap from different vantage points and saw the same thing: a category of software was pretending to serve drivers while serving spreadsheets, and the fleets running it were paying for the mismatch every quarter. The original mission line was “make transportation smart.” The way the work itself ended up phrasing it: build the fleet software that takes the driver's side.
